"After my mother in-laws home was lived in for 20+ years after her passing with very little upkeep and it was time to sell it. We contacted a realtor and after their walkthrough, things were looking pretty grim. The kitchen, bathrooms, main floor and basement floors were all in major disrepair. We were looking at around $50,000 to make it somewhat sellable. This was too big of a risk and the time it would take to invest in the property, we needed to look at other options. We called a few other companies to take a look at the house but here is the good part when we contacted Hannah and Daniel they were a totally different company. The way they go though the process is different by not telling you how bad the house is but how they will improve it and point out the good parts of the house, they make you feel good about the process. It was hard to believe that they could close in as little as 10 days and no closing costs or extra fees. Oh one other plus is you can leave anything you do not want they will dispose of it. We had siblings out of state and they arranged either electronically or an in person signature for closing."

“Hannah and Daniel were a pleasure to work with. I solicited a half dozen bids for the house of my relative that passed away. The house was in need of clean out and remodel so I was selling the house as is. It became apparent that many in the business of buying houses as is are preying on people that are either desperate to get rid of a house or do not know anything about the value of the house they are selling. I got some real low ball offers. Hannah and Daniel are not one of those companies. They gave me a reasonable offer that was actually $100,000 higher than the lowest bid I received. They gave me the offer within a few days of viewing the property and were able to close quickly. After closing and while the house was being cleaned out they found some valuables in the house that they returned to me. That is a real sign of integrity.
